Welcome to Code with Beto LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, courses, resources, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing access, or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • - Share, distribute, or resell access to purchased content, courses, or resources.
  • - Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any content or resources.
  • - Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without permission.
  • - Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • - Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
  • - Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the specified price and authorize us to charge your payment method. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee only for qualifying purchases of Basic Lifetime Access or Pro Lifetime Access, as described below. All other sales are final.

  • - Eligible: You purchased Basic Lifetime Access or Pro Lifetime Access (solo) directly on codewithbeto.dev at the full published list price in effect at checkout, with no reduction from coupons, promotional codes, seasonal sales, student offers, Purchase Power Parity (PPP) pricing, team or multi-seat pricing, or any other discount.
  • - Not eligible: Any order where a discount, coupon, promotion, PPP rate, student pricing, team pricing, or other reduced price was applied at checkout. We verify eligibility using your Stripe receipt and checkout metadata.
  • - How to request: Email beto@codewithbeto.dev from the email on your account within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date. We will process approved refunds to the original payment method where possible.
  • - After 7 days, or if your purchase is not eligible, our standard policy applies: all sales are final. We still provide preview lessons and content so you can evaluate quality before purchasing, and we are happy to help with technical issues.

Access and License

When you purchase access to courses, resources, or premium content, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use that content for your own educational purposes. This license does not include the right to share, redistribute, or resell the content.

  • - Lifetime access means access for the lifetime of the Service, not your personal lifetime.
  • - Access is tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • - We reserve the right to revoke access if you violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to courses, videos, code, documentation, designs, and resources, is owned by Code with Beto LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

Content Updates

We may update, modify, or discontinue content, features, or the Service at any time. While we strive to maintain and improve our content, we do not guarantee that all content will be available indefinitely or that updates will be provided for all purchased content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code with Beto LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
